1. SERVICE DESCIRPTION

1. The Service provided by the Company includes emergency assistance for the Customer and we strive to ensure any and all problems are resovled promptly. The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

2. Service Limitations

The Service provided by Fast Technicians is primarily for emergency response and temporary solutions aimed at safeguarding lives and property. It is not intended as a comprehensive or permanent repair service.

3. Eligibility

The Customer must be the property owner or have legal authority to request the Service for the location experiencing the emergency.

4. Service Fee

The Service may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to the Customer before dispatching assistance. Payment terms and methods will be discussed during the call.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

Fast Technicians will make every reasonable effort to respond promptly to gas-related emergencies. However, the company shall not be held liable for any delays in response or any damages that may result from the provision of the Service. The Customer acknowledges that ensuring the safety of all occupants of the property is their responsibility. The Customer must follow any safety instructions provided by Fast Technicians's representatives during the emergency response to mitigate risks effectively.

6. Cancellation

The Customer may cancel a service request at any time before Fast Technicians's representatives arrive at the scene without incurring additional charges. However, if the cancellation occurs after Fast Technicians has dispatched a response team, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be communicated to the Customer.

7. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms and conditions will be posted on the Company's website and become effective immediately upon posting.

For questions or concerns regarding this Agreement or the Service, the Customer may contact the Company for Information By requesting and using the Service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

9. Safety Precautions

The Customer is encouraged to take immediate safety precautions, such as shutting off the gas supply if safe to do so, and evacuating the premises if a gas leak or emergency is suspected.
